Bring identification document and medications if required.

Experience recommended for children ages 5 and up. Adult rate applies.

Penalty of 50% of the total value of the experience, if the cancellation is up to 5 days before the date of the service. If you cancel 4 days or less before the date of the experience, you will have a penalty of 100% of the total value of the experience.

In the event that a traveler does not show up for the experience at the time indicated on the voucher plus fifteen minutes, the service will be billed 100% as a no-show and the provider will leave the site.
