From the first light of day, your adventure begins in Riohacha at 05:30 am, embarking on a fascinating journey to Las Salinas de Manaure, where you will discover the ancient art of salt extraction accompanied by a local guide. Afterwards, the journey continues to Cabo de la Vela, a 2-hour tour that will immerse you in the beauty of Playa Arcoíris, known for the impressive rainbows that adorn its waters. You will experience spirituality by ascending the Pilón de Azúcar, a sacred place for the Wayúu community, and you will have time to relax on the paradisiacal Playa Dorada. Manaure Salt Flats:
Wayuú tradition and modernization. The largest salt and sodium chloride exploitation in Colombia is located in Manaure, La Guajira. Its capacity is one million tons per year, corresponding to 70% of the country's total salt exploitation capacity.
Sail cape:
Located on the La Guajira peninsula, it is a desert territory inhabited by the Wayùu indigenous people. They call this place Jepirra, which in their traditional knowledge is the sacred space where the spirits of their deceased arrive to pass into the unknown. Among its main attractions are El Pilón de Azúcar, La Playa Dorada, El Ojo de Agua and the surrounding Rancherías.
Sugar Pylon:
It is an imposing mountain formation located on the Guajira peninsula, in Colombia. This prominent hill is located near Cabo de la Vela and is considered a sacred site by the Wayúu indigenous community.
Golden Beach:
