Not to be missed in the Coffee Axis: Filandia, Salento and Santa Rosa Hot Springs.

Day 1

We will visit the beautiful and picturesque town of Filandia where once again we will be amazed by the architecture, the landscape and the kindness of the people. We will also have a walk in a beautiful nature reserve where with luck we can see howler monkeys. And to top it off we will have a talk about coffee where we can taste it and learn more about this delicious drink.

Day 2

In the morning we will have breakfast very early and then visit the Cocora Valley, the ACAIME natural reserve at 2690 meters above sea level, we will cross 6 hanging bridges to ascend through the cloud forest, and a famous waterfall for sighting different species of hummingbirds. We will return to the town to have lunch, rest, tour this beautiful town, or have a coffee.

Day 3

The last day will be relaxing. We will have breakfast and then we will go out to the hot springs of Santa Rosa de Cabal where we can relax in these outlets and therapeutic waters. We will be surrounded by beautiful waterfalls and a beautiful landscape. We will finish this trip in Pereira or we will take you to the airport.

Municipality of Filandia.

Filandia is one of the most emblematic municipalities of Quindío, with its Colonial architecture and its picturesque, very colorful facades, it is a clear emblem of the culture of the Coffee Axis.

Barbas Bremen Nature Reserve.

The Barbas Bremen reserve is located between the municipalities of Filandia, Circasia, Salento (Quindío) and Pereira (Risaralda). Among the attractions of the reserve are the great biodiversity of birds, which favors bird watching, and you can also see herds of howler monkeys.

Salento Municipality

Salento is considered the most touristic municipality in Quindío and the Coffee Region. It was the first municipality of Quindío, which is why it is called the Father of the department.

Cocora Valley.

It is the birthplace of our country's flagship tree, the Wax Palm, and is part of the Nevados National Park.

Acaime Natural Reserve

A refuge among the tropical humid forest that is home to a wide variety of hummingbird species, an ideal place to take a break, a warm red wine and share with nature.

Santa Rosa Hot Springs.

Considered one of the most beautiful hot springs in the national territory, these hot springs are witnessed by a beautiful waterfall called the Santa Helena waterfall.

💧 It is important to carry a bottle of water and maintain constant hydration, we will go on long walks and maintaining hydration is healthy.

🧢 Wear a hat or cap to protect yourself from the sun. It is important to use sunscreen, remember to use a mineral sunscreen for your face.

👕 Pack enough clothes for three days. We suggest avoiding the use of cotton clothing and wearing synthetic fiber clothing that allows quick drying, in general special clothing for high mountains: jacket, quick-drying pants, wool hat, gloves, glasses with UV filter. Don't forget your change of clothes in case you get wet or muddy.

• Keep in mind that you are responsible for your belongings. Protect your electronic devices and personal documents from rain and humidity.
• Carry your cell phone charged, this will allow you to take photographs and use it in case of emergency.
• Your safety is very important, please be cautious, always keep the group in sight and follow the guide's instructions.
• Do not bring cigarettes or alcoholic beverages. Do not attend a walk late at night, while intoxicated, pregnant, or with medical disabilities.
• Strictly follow your doctor's instructions regarding injuries and, if necessary, carry your personal medications.
