On the way back we can enjoy the hot water of the thermal springs surrounded by an environment with a Paramuno landscape. Leaving the hot springs we will have the opportunity to enjoy a snack to begin our return to Murillo, we will have lunch and begin our trip back to Bogotá.

Municipality of Armero

It is a place that bears the scars of one of the most shocking natural disasters that our country has suffered. We will visit this place to learn about the history and legacy of this municipality and the efforts of the survivors to preserve the memory of the town.

Murillo Municipality

Murillo is the highest municipality in the department of Tolima with 3,000 meters above sea level. This is a small and charming town which preserves much of its colonial architecture and is also known as the window to Nevado del Ruiz.

El Silencio Waterfall and Hidden Lagoon

A spectacular walk through the hidden treasures of Murillo. (The closest municipality to Nevado del Ruiz). This walk takes no more than 2 hours to discover both places.

Heart Lagoon

This is a magical place, named for its heart shape, it can be considered perhaps one of the most beautiful lagoons in Colombia.

Cabaña Hot Springs

Hot springs where we can have a bath in its blue waters and high temperature, this phenomenon is caused by the sulfur mud and the hot water that springs from inside the earth. In addition, the frailejones landscape that surrounds the Hot Springs, the small waterfalls and the typical forest of the moor, make a unique setting not to be forgotten.
